Medical Shoulder boards?
Just got these Shoulder boards that appear to be for a Medical Officer, but I am not sure of that. What kind of Shoulder boards are these? Medical? What rank? What branch? Is it Luftwaffe? Thank you for your input. JME

Looks as though they are Luftwaffe Medical for the rank of Major.

Those are for a major in the TSD (Truppensonderdienst} Until 1944, Officials were not classified as soldiers. But after that time certain groups were converted into officers in the Special Troop Service (Truppensonderdienst—TDS). These are the higher administrative officers (Intendanten) in ranks from Captain to Lieutenant General; the lower administrative officers (Zahlmeister) in the ranks of first and second Lieutenant, and the judge advocates (Richter) in ranks from Captain to Lieutenant General. It was also made possible for reserve technical service officials to become reserve officers of the motor maintenance troops if qualified.
Always looking for Heeres Beamte (HV) and Sonderfuhrer items. Insignias, paperwork, photo's......

I would agree with laurence, the shade of blue that is more to the teal side is the key...
