hi,,,thanks for reply,,,the man in the first pic,as an SS-Hauptscharfuhrer,,hope i got the rank correct,,and as he appears in the second photo,with a promotion..is he identified?...thanks for all your help...robert

check the officer candidate 2nd from left in pic No. 1. must've been a drunken seamstress to stick the TK over the waffenfarbe.
still, headgear collectors MIGHT be willing to overlook it,eh!

I don't think any seamstress was involved; believe it's a metal TK. The soldier probably did it himself.

Sturbannfuehrer's visor sure seems to be a piped waffenfarbe(rose?)These 'bad boys' are certainely wearin' their finest and look most excellent! (I'll re-position that totenkopf as soon as I get the cap)
