What about this Buckle ? Is this an orginal type period? In my eyes a fake..but ?  Buckles are not my field sorry. Hoping for some help with this one

I think it is original buckle.Maker is probably Richard Sieper (822) in 1938y.I send here this same buckle 18.-19.august 2008.
