I can tell you what isn't original - the paint job on the scabbard.
The grip looks like a replacement too.
The damascus pattern does not look like the one on original daggers like Craig's or Wittman's either.

Picture looks like a Hermann Historika photo, would be impossible to tell with just this picture. You'd need to get a lot of detailed pictures of all parts to even get an idea if this piece is period or not.

I know this dagger has been accepted (so I presume checked and recognized as original) from a serious private auction house...but, to me seem the handle is not well fitted and the blade ridge is asimettrical. and, as Borse said, the paint is very bad.
