hi,there is an honer ring being sold on www.militaria321.com it is decribed with the date 20-04-34 which i know is wrong however i contacted the vender who now says the date is 20-4-34 could anybody cast their eyes over it and give their opinion on it as i am thinking of throwing a bid on it. sorry i ca,nt show any pics of it. regards mike

Mike,
The seller doesn't mention a surname of the recipient. Does it have a name or is the seller withholding the name? Also, any ring with the year written with as "1934" instead of 34 would be incorrect anyway.

If you're looking for an original, I'd pass on this one....Who seriously offers an item potentially worth $10,000+ and can't scrape together better photos than that? Ridiculous. And why omit the name and date, which are major determinants of value?
