Glemser had one with a similar pommel.
What does the blade etch show?

Here is the standard pre war version.
Your blade etch appears rough compared to the solingen produced versions.
Still, it appears to be pre WWII.
Hard to place a value. My guess would be between $600 and $1,000.
But it is difficult to say without more photos.
Note the ivory grip and the common pommel.
