And just think Bob, All sales are final because they do the best they can to describe the object.
A little high for my pocket book.

I don't believe this is a Russian dagger. It is the first model of the Finnish Navy dagger. Prior to the introduction of their Model 1919 dagger the Finnish Navy wore a dagger very similar to the Russian Navy dagger. These daggers were made from Russian parts left over after the Finnish War of Independence. The blades, however, were made by Hackman & Company of Finland and were maker marked as such. The pommels bore the cypher of Nicholas II. These hybrid daggers were in use until 1920. Nevertheless, the price is somewhat excessive. It should be more like $1,500.
