could you please weigh the medal i have been weighing all of my ek11 and am very surprised and the difference in weight between makers and in some instances between medals from the same maker

i wouldn't worry what ek 2's weigh,,,there is other ways to authenticate one if that is the intent behind the question,

Between many different makers you can find a range from 16.something gr - 20.something gr. With the �bergrosse weighing in around 22.5gr. Weight is not much use in determining orginality. --dj--Joe
