I PICKED UP THIS NEWSPAPER.THE NEW YORK HERALD.DATED APRIL 13 1861.THE DAY THE CIVIL WAR STARTED.CAN SOMEONE TELL ME A BALLPARK VALUE OF THIS PAPER.LOOKS LIKE THE COMPLETE PAPER.THANKS PAUL ZAYA

The paper I suspect is a commemorative issue, made sometime after the event, mahybe 1920's. Best. Max

The letters look too new (style) for period. Try a local print shop and get their opinion. Max
