the above maker mark is on a nice heer dagger i have a chance of buying. is it a genuine maker?. never heard of it. is it a rare maker?.i am aware of some makers outside solingen, haco etc . but never heard of this particular manufacturer.any help or thoughts much appreciated.
as an afterthought, could this be a uniform outfitter?, rather than a maker. i know some outfitters did stamp their names on blades.

Yes sounds like a distributor. Often the distributor is on the front and the maker mark on the back?
