What unit it is - S.An.51.? Also, what portepee is proper for this bayonet? Here some slideshow with the bayonet. Thanks in advance.

Your markings indicate the 51st bayonet in the inventory of the Schutzpolizei Aachen. Assuming your bayonet has the 1936 police eagle in the grip (which it should have since it has been modified) this is the proper Portepee for this bayonet after 1936.
