Okay Gentlermen let see some combat clothing for the Polizei. Here is a nice reversible winter jacket. What else is out there?

Nice jacket. I had one that I thought was the police winter jacket but it turned out to be the almost identical wartime Hungarian Army jacket. One of the tip-offs was the brown plastic buttons and the drawstrings.

Here is my old Hungarian jacket. Luckily, I was able to return this jacket when I discovered my mistake.

Joe, Interesting reversible jacket and thanks for posting! I've always been on the watch for one of those as there is just something about them that I find so intriguing! Anyhow, are there any markings?

Not a neat coat like posted above, but "combat" none the less; here is my Gendarm combat tunic with same color cuffs and collar. Dave will of course recognize this one

Dave, Yes ther are some marks on the flap of that cover the buttons.But they are not readable..
