If that is a genuine CT it is a very rae SA band for SA-Standarte 39 of Gruppe Niederrhein who were awarded this Honour Title after Albertb Leo Schlageter who was executed by the French in May 1923. What is the other Schlageter piece you have there?

Hi the other piece is a table commemorative plaque for him. These are real Canadian vet bring back, THE cuff unfortuately has been cut down for mounting in the scrap book.

Hi Paul...Nevertheless, a rare thing. These SA Honour titles are seldom seen. You should look out for one of the Schlageter Awards to go with these items!

Paul...cut-down reduces value greatly, and for the other item you would have to find someone who was 'into' Schlageter. I would have thought about $300 for the CT and $100 for the other. IMHO!

rare heh!! Manions Auctions just this past week posted 2 of these... 1 cut up a little also
Old WW2 vets lie just like any body else on where relics came from. I have sold more fake/repro relics to ww2 vets, they say they are going to show grandkids ''what they ''captured during the war. also, a lot of these guys are in the collecting/resale of relics business just like we younger dealers

There is one there, in the regular auction, and it is CUT down also, but only on 1 side. Makes you kind of wonder, if so rare, why all of a sudden they npop up.
