Roy - I'm pretty sure that it is RAD, as they used the Black Chevrons on Silver for the top - and various Colors/Farbes on the reverse.
Paul is correct - the Black gets us TeNo collectors excited, as they are seldom seen.
The key is the backing material - If it is velvet, Like yours look to be (in any color) then, they are RAD. If it is black smooth 'cloth' - WHAMO, a potential post May 19,1943 TeNo.
