It's kind of rainy and gloomy here today so I thought I would post a few mini's that I've picked up. Nothing special, plain Jane, no advertising on the blades but a nice touch to add to the bayo collection.

I know some of you guy's have some neat ones that are the medium size with stag grips, knots etc. Hope you'll post them, they're always neat to see. Maybe a thread we can all add to in time.

Regards, Steve.

Two of them appear to be from the Imperial time period with the crown and cross.

Although these aren't period they're kind of neat to add to the shelves with a little trench art as filler. I didn't know I was collecting these until after I found my third one. The one in the middle is marked Cpt Brannon, the other side of the blade first BCT brigade.

Great topic Steve.
Here's my one and only. It's shown with a standard short bladed KS98 for comparison.
No maker, no advertising and no scabbard. It has a non-functional press stud and a magnetic crossguard.

Thank you Denny and Jim for posting some things I don't have. I don't have the mid-sized one like you have Denny, and I like the knots you have Jim, I'll have to start looking for some of those. Denny that was good idea to show a full size and a medium size for comparison. Maybe if one of you guys have all three of the miniture sizes and can post with a full size, that would be good to show some of our newer collectors for reference.

Steve.

And, another with stag grips. This one has a rememberance of the World War etched on the blade.

George, WOW! I knew that you would have something up your sleeve. The frog that from what I know would be rare. The stag with the etch is simply outstanding. Would you please post some close ups of the etch? I would love to see it better.

Since I'm a novice on these, it's been very nice for you all to post, so myself and others can see the variables in this field.

George if you've got time send me an email. I would love to know what you payed for the stag, and what it would bring today on the table.

Regards, Steve.

Steve,

I sent you an email. Sorry about the quality of the pictures but they are from a backup of my old now crashed computer. Here is another photo of some variation mini-KS98 bayonets. Another old pix I am afraid but you get the idea about variations.

Hi! My last adittion to my collection: a mini dress bayo, no markings, almost mint. Beautiful minis you have but I missed one model: a mini Feuerwehr dress bayonet, I never saw one. Cheers

Thanks so much guys for posting. You were able to show me things that are still out there, as well as new collectors that didn't know that these exist. I think I'm going to have to take the miniatures more seriously now. I'm just going to have to search for a stag, and I loved the shadow box of the different sized stags.

Thanks for sharing Gents.

Regards, Steve.
