its pre 33 with the static swastika, after that it was rotated ofcourse. cant tell you more . where you get it from

I bought it from the son of the vet along with a load of other bits including a very nice sa dagger any idea why the red and back back ground? and its value?

I suspect it's an early party flag, showing party colors. It appears to be handmade, as were many early cloth items. Likely made before things began to be standardized.
