Nice HJ pennant. The 2/23 is for Bann 23 Neustadt in the Ost Sudetenland Gebiet formed in 1935. Congrats.

Another interesting note on the HJ Pennant is that the Bann 2/23 was short lived. It was formed on 11-07-1935 and dissolved on January 1st 1936 according to the new Saris reference.

Hi a good haul...I also had a very good haul at a militaria show this weekend...very nice Normandy 3 camo sand single decal Luftwaffe M-42 helmet complete and unbuggered and an un issued huge size 58 M-42 helmet and a divisional decalled fixed bale US helmet to 29 infantry division...all three for $900!!!!!!! chap's Grandfather passed and he was getting rid of his collection...missed the mint single decal Luft m-40 and near mint fire police pair for $350!!! cheers, Ryan
