I have a chance to get a small battle flag it is 22 inches X 38 inches in size, it looks good but top stitching glows in black light rest of flag doesn't glow, if someone can resize pics I will send them to them. Thanks Mike

No it doesn't have that marking, it looks like a faint eagle marking.
