I started collecting pole tops about 7 years ago. It was a fluke. One day a RAD topper was there and I found it very attractive so you know the story. I don't go outta my way to look for them but when I see one I like (they have to be a bit grimey) and the cost is within my budget I try to get it. I was looking at Otto Gahr made toppers NSKOV specifically to see how many named area organizations I could find that people had put online and ran across this. Don't be this guy!!! Someone if he sold at the price suggested made out like a bandit. Plus the whole sandblast bit is unreal! That is not advise in the least.
