Hi Evgeniy,
An interesting ring : It has some Westwall characteristics .
But; The front part of the ring is one solid piece and not made of wire as usual. The front shape is (rounded) square and not round.... If it is Westwall-related, perhaps it has to do with communication , because of the arrow-sign. The letter "P" the first letter of a section ..... The ring looks for functional purpose...
let's wait for other answers.

It is an interesting ring, Evgeniy. I agree with Benten; I don’t think it’s a West Wall ring. I wonder if it’s even German. I have never seen a pattern like this before. Stephen

I am not claiming that it is somehow connected with the West Wall rings, I just wrote that everything is similar. As far as I understand, no one has seen anything like this yet...

Is it possible that the ring is Russian and the ‘P’ is the Cyrillic alphabet equivalent of ‘R’?

E.,,, THAT is Very interesting... It has the look of being period.. And,, the WW spiral wound type certainly..
I like Bentens idea,,,communications,,signals,,etc.. Back then if early on you could place a order for a customs ring to have a die cut if you were getting 20 or so rings... Is it possible its good?,,yes a big maybe.. I'd hold on to that E. for sure!...., G.
