All very nice! Condition and rarity is seldom seen!

I believe you will inspire the sword and even regular collectors with such nice pictures!

Did the knots come with them?

Prison and Justice have never reached my hands in 50 yrs!

You are lucky they have found you!

Makers?

Thanks for sharing Kurt!

Hello and thanks Pvon!

Extra double thanks for keeping this part of the forum alive ! it can be a discouraging job sometimes !

The makers are Clemen & Jung for the golden Prison and Eickhorn for the Silver Justice ...

None of the knots are original to the sabers unfortunately ... I am still looking for a real prison as it is polizei knot here !

Still, I read from A. TAUGOURDEAU's work ( a French researcher specialized in IIIĀ°R, not sure his work was ever translated ) that Prison & Justice officiers that had served in Polizei or Heer previously were allowed to wear their original portepees with these eagle sabers ...

Regards

K.

Thank You!

I try and do something and learn about stuff!

Collecting over 50 yrs! And I see so much I don't know!

I admit I was a meat and potato type collector!

We now have forums, books, youtube and collectors like you!

I just saw on youtube Alex from Russia, latest post while he was in USA and showing lots of stuff for him to buy!

If you look there is a Justice and Prison sword, check it out!

We all learn so much now from the computer! I can't make the shows like I once did!

And as I age!!!!HA! The money does not allow for things like these!

During the veterans from ww2 time we all could find stuff! Those days are gone
and many things are starting to come out from collectors who age or die!

How many do you think were made and survived!?

Its fun when collectors share and talk!

My Fabulous told me he will send more pics soon!

This forum section really needs folks like you!

Your title of this thread in my opinion should have stated Wow!!! Prison and Justice swords!!!!!! Rare and hard to find!

Many collectors will miss this I fear!

Thank You

I am waiting for the trove of newly found Eickhorn toilet paper to magically appear on some dealer's site, then I can corner the market.
