For those INTERNATIONAL collectors I have put a United States Postal Service (USPS)
choice into the shipping button. International shipping will be $42.00, yes quite a drop from the
$125 International Charge choice. HOWEVER, shipping USPS does have a few drawbacks.
First, the wait time will probably be much longer, 4 to 6 weeks (or longer) and second, I take no responsibility
for the condition of the book when received. I will pack the book as best I can.

The regular International shipping button is still there if overseas collectors wish the Addendum in a more timely
manner 4 or 5 days.
