Apparently, the MAIN KEY to opening up the Volume ATTACHMENT is using ADOBIE ACROBAT. I sent the Volume to a friend Tony Radcliffe in the UK and he received it just fine, therefore I will AGAIN open up the EBOOK for the Volume.
I will adjust the website ad to include OPEN WITH ADOBIE ACROBAT so that ALL will be well.
