yes that looks real.. Some are marked at bottom , you have to look very carefully.
They were available to all types of Police,,,,,

Hello I think for sure it is number 8323 looks perfect with the item I buyed from my friend. Thank you very much for help. Soon I will display photos here on forum with a big bell from an WWII warship and the name inscribed on it.
