Hello my friends I want to buy this item from a friend of mine and I don't know if it is original or not and what is worth. The item is German Eagle WWII with ribbon and the medal has 39 mm and has 20,59 grams. Thank you very much in advance.

Originals typically are marked 835 for silver content and are 38.1 mm with a weight of 23.2 grams (plus or minus 0.1 gram).

I think you got a good one.!.
Does the ribbon feel nice and smooth and soft? and IF you could find a small UV [ultraviolet] light and check the white color on the ribbon to see if it 'glows'.. I think the ribbon is for the higher grade though [?],,, don't think that one used a neck ribbon..

The white on the ribbon should not have glowed blueish when the UV light was on it..
If so your ribbon and metal more than likely good. but I think the configuration is incorrect.
Usually they look like this:
