Some of these items have been posted in other threads, but I would like to put my collection of pins, bracelets, brooches, rings and cufflinks into one spot.

I have only a couple of Little Norway related jewelry items.

Here is a bracelet with the Lackie maker mark and a couple of RAF sweetheart pins.

Norway's equivalent to the Nazi party, the NS had many of the same organizations and their penchant for pins, badges and jewelry.

The Arbeidtjeneste were the equivalent to the RAD. Here are a bracelet and a ring from the AT.

The NS also wore cufflinks and had their version of ring.

Not NS, but I found a ring that comes from my wife's home town of Risor

The resistance groups issued a series of badges, pins and armbands most having some version of H7, standing for Hakon 7, the king in exile.

Here is an H7 ring

Knew you were holding out on us John! wink grin

That is some of the nicest, rarest pieces Norwegian / North campaign area related! Much thanks for posting your fine collection here!

Please feel free to add anything you'd like , Allied or Axis,,rings, cufflinks, watch fobs, tie bars etc.. They did a lot of 'split band' type rings,, and many engraved pieces, bracelets,, ,whole arts and crafts thing,,,plus the situation up there was difficult at the time acquiring commercially made pieces...

John do you go up there hunting these pieces? or from shows, connections , trades etc.?

G:

Thank you for your kind words.

I don't usually go hunting for these items specifically, but have made a number of very good connections over the years in Scandinavia. Like your help, they often pong out things to me either directly or indirectly. So, most of my finds are what one would call happenstance.

I also look at offerings from several online Scandinavian retail outlets.
