Do you have a top-down (birds eye view) picture you can share?

hi evgeniy
yes this is very intresting info i will explain to all our members what i see wrong with sniper 33 ss ring that he says is original i dont agree with his opinion that this ss ring he is trying to sell is good in my honest opininion the rest i will keep a secret to my self so we do not educate these fakers of all the german third reich rings that is now for sale on whermacht forum every day for sums of 300.00 each they are made from the ukrain /latvia/russia/poland guys take a good look at the outside of this ring that has been sand papered to death also sand papered is part of the silver lightning bolts take a look at the black enamel looks like a black piece of ukraian coal that doesnt even fit in the bezel of the mounting common this is far from black enamel ok evgeniy this is the best opinion i can give you or any one else hope you agree now thanks god bless vandy militarynut

it wants to look like a 'Wilm' type ring. But it is not.. Weird side band..

The black does not look like glass.. Usually IF its a dug enamel ring they don't hold up good underground and come up with no enamel on them most of the time.. It might not be dug.

Then I'd suggest a enamel test.. Even if rock hard it does look weird and not glassy. You can actually clean a enamel ring with good old 'Windex'.. I've used it straight. But if your worried you can dilute... Give it few rubs with a soft cloth.. It should get it clean enough to see that it is black glass.

IF its still mat / dull/ flat finish afterwards,,,something is wrong... Interesting ring...

having trouble posting. Wrote this big post and it didn't take! mad

OK, basically.. We have a large international membership here. Some even have to use a translator to read and make a post. It's very hard and doesn't always convey what you want to get across..

We also have straight collectors who buy only. Then we have 'dealer' collectors.. They are constantly buying and selling,,,and the in between...
We have the beginning collector and then guys with 40+ years doing it! ALL are welcome here.. IF you like 3rd reich jewelry, collect it, sell it interested in all aspects of it then this is the place for you.. We're all different,,,if we all were the same it would be a mighty boring hobby,,and it isn't.

So happy hunting guys. Be careful,, your always welcome to ask for an opinion and to show your latest find or even to show something related.

Thanks....,Gaspare

If your time is so expensive. I will ask you not to spend it on my topics anymore. Your opinion is not interesting to me. Have a nice day!

sniper,, like the rest of the world we have to get along here. Most of the time its just communications problems and misunderstanding.. I know for sure Andy likes to see rings as well all do.. IF you ask for an opinion you will get them.. Some just use this forum to sell things,,ok, thats fine. You have been a member here a while too and we appreciate your posts and opinions..
Guys I'm going to close this. Its over and sold already,,.. IF the new owner had a problem he would have posted . So thanks to all!
