Got to believe in those... I don't...
There is the one grounded Kober in Witty's book but that could have been another kind of dedication. We will never know.
I just want to see a full R?hm Kober SS dagger so I can believe it.
But thats just the problem, there aren't any.

For Ed W?sthof... he just did not made SS R?hm daggers.

There were actually two versions of the Klass trademarks. The regular sized one and a smaller version.

Same for Eickhorn. They first used the large trademark them went to the small double oval mark. If you are counting smooth tail and serrated, that make four versions.

As for the Kober, what is hard to see in that photo is that there is the remnants of that horizontal stroke Rohm used.

There is a photo of a Pack SS in the Rohm Forum. A couple of examples have been seen but most are considered repros. The one in the Rohm thread photo is the best I have seen but it is not accepted by many dealers and collectors.
