I came very close to buying this because imo if it's a fake like everything else the guy has it was quite convincing. Pics below. It's a nice dagger if it's not a real one.

Hello Djp20659, the pics are few and several important details cannot be seen. But what i can see I think you are right. Due to several features that can be seen already on these few pics this hewer has a very good chance to be a total fake.
That the thread will not become useless once the link is dead please load down the certain pics and embed them in your post.

Derrick,

Learn to resize pictures and post actual pictures on this forum ... not links.

Ok guys I will have to learn to resize. I tried some things but none of them worked.
I asked the guy with the dagger to send me pics of the # on the tang and a pic of the number also stamped onto the top of the sheath. After that he all of a sudden didn't want to sell it haha I took that as there weren't any because he never sent a pic.
Thanks guys I should have joined this forum sooner.

If a seller does not want to send additional pics that says truely more than any words...
Here are the pics from the link for further reference. It is an interesting, new generation of fakes. Not 100% but after years around and for an unexperienced collector eg on a flee market it could be dangerous. I don?t want to go into details as I don?t want to support any fakers.
