Once again I found a dagger says Paul Weyersberg & Co. Berlin 2nd Model and I do not know if legitimate, The scarab I have not seen and any help welcome thanks in advance.

If it says "Berlin", it a fake dagger.
You are looking for dags in the wrong places ... whoever you might be

I think I found my answer its fake, says Berlin not Solingen and no other mark above, thanks in advance.

Hello, as already stated, the dagger is a fake. The dagger itself resembles a 2nd luft and is shown in the proper Army-Navy-Luft forum section. IF you ever get the true, original and one-of-a-kind Goering Industrial dagger (from which the fake scabbard is) I would post it in the "Miscelaneous Daggers Forum". Regards,
