Without more pictures hard to say anything.
Scabbard fittings looks like steel palted and eagle in the handle like aluminum.
Post more pictures ...

Thx for the replies,, just noticed some poor fitting of handle near crossguard by the number 5? Big space no? Also what does the K and the 5 mean on the crossguard. Seller wants like $1000 us so price seems cheap enough.

Not sure from those pictures but here is what I see:
- What may be an RZM era scabbard with dome-headed screws. Hard to say
- What looks like a fake pewter eagle in the grip. Also what looks like a repair under the eagle and the top right of the grip.
- That "K 5" stamp is like nothing I have seen although it looks old
- A very worn blade.
Without more pics, I would say pass

Hey Dave, since I dont own a Boker, I pose this question in the last pic that ESU posted is it normal for Bokers to shrink that much on both sides of the lower crossguard? I am not picking the dagger apart but I know that Boker made some decent daggers which are very desirable. Best Larry

Mine may not be typical but I have a Boker that appears untouched other than considerable, even shrinkage of the grip wood. On mine it looks like the wood was a bit too green when installed and caused some rust on the blade tang. The dagger came from the vet's family.

My GR Boker has no shrinkage at all and most that I have seen have no shrinkage. Bokers are one of the best SS daggers in regards to quality IMO.
