There was a way to resize pictures so that they would be small enough to post on GD.com via the tools on my computer, but I forgot how. Can anyone help me?

I am working on it myself.
I do think that there is a way to resize the pictures that I have on the computer.

You can try http://www.picresize.com/. It's a simple way to resize your photos
