Hi, I'm new to all this and I want to do some reading before I start spending any money.
I'm interested in army luftwaffe daggers. What books would you recommend for a new guy looking to spot a fake? (focus on army and luftwaffe of course). Some of these are expensive and I'd rather not spend $200 on a book that wont actually help me.
Thanks in advance!

The books by Tom Wittmann, especially the one on Luftwaffe Dress Daggers, are essential reading for any collector.

Same goes for his Army Dagger book. Money more than well spent. You will wear it out in your collecting endeavors. Best, Rick
