The SS Standarte numbers are lined out as well. Although the ink color and age from the photo, appears to be the same as the number......it's unusual to see this number "lined out". Do you have any other artifacts from this SS Mann? It appears the reason for the lining out is he changed Standarte so not unusual to see the lines through the original number.
