you know these aren't my thing.. The first one supposedly there is a period photo in wear,,but the pin looks 'newish' to me..
the 2nd ,,I mean sure you have the time and talent and you can make this now.. The guys that collect them must have some sort of criteria they use for authentication.. Maybe one of the guys will come on and explain what they look for..

I would say this dialect is a mix between german, englisch and netherlands speaking.

Lore,, you are right,,this is a very good topic. I left it up for a while and now cleaned up a bit..
We have a great international forum here. It's been here for a long time. No site is public,all the military sites are privately owned and have their own rules so its their way or the highway.. You break the rules here and your gone simple as that..
We spend a ton of hard earned money on our hobby and don't have time for silliness and/or insults. We're here to catch the fakes and promote the hobby thru showing nice authentic period pieces. Everyone will be respected..

The poem is from 1923 but readopted by Nazis. The brooches are from 3rd reich era. I have the full translation somewhere and need to find it. Not my card. Owner name is copyright on bottom.
