Is there anyway an original WWII Officer Army Shin-gunt can have a blood grove the full length of the blade? Thank in advance

A special order blade certainly could have hi cut in to the blade. the hi is not a blood groove but is manner in which to give the blade extra balance.

Hi guys here are some pictures of this near mint sword. Every washer and spacer is marked 828. The blade is dull next to the handguard. I will let the pictures speak,Thanks
