I notice that army hangers are made with several different style hardware fittings and was wondering if these are just standard army hangers.

Hello wes_143, the hangers shown by you are obviously not in best condition. Generally they look like a late variant in heavily worn condition. But the upper fitting seems to be different toned (perhaps it is only because of the light in the photographs???) and the upper stitching is/was open and is unprofessionally sewn or still open, therefore the fitting might has been replaced. Might have been done period (due to e period shortening of the hangers) but might also have happened only months ago, who knows. Regards,

Yes it is open on one side where the stitches have let go , the other side is still only slightly holding. the upper fitting is a brass not like the rest of the hardware.
