I am curious. Does anyone know of the manufacturer(s) of the grip eagles of these SA/NSKK daggers? Does anyone have an original apart from the grip, and is it marked/RZM'd ? I search my Assmann catalog copy and could find no example of this peculiar eagle. It is not a party eagle per se. Thank for any info. I posted this on WAF but the response was limited. Collectors indicated only two manufacturers: Assmann M1/17 and C.T. Dicke M1/47. Any photos of catalogs or the eagles themselves? Thanks.
