nice,,think I've seen these with blue enamel..
Here are my 2.. Bottom ring a brass alloy. Had a silver wash on it at one time..

the ring on top in previous photo is a low grade silver. Has lots of hand work done to it. Was probably a blank or recycled ring with the Trident added with a very light gold plate. There is a name engraved in back of band,,and this date.

Sept 11 1941? Wow very cool ring I believe that was battle of Kiev that was near its end- Germans captured it.

those were the days my old friend! I traveled almost half way around the world to see family, see that show and to meet you 2 guys! Yes that one ring I picked up there, and a couple other nice things. Members,,in Kiev at the end of the summer at this gigantic coliseum there was the 'Kiev International Antiques show! What we called the 'Digger show;. Diggers from all over East Europe at the end of their season would bring their finds [good and bad] to sell and trade. A few hundred tables inside,,even guys outside with their militaria on blankets. It was everywhere! What a great show! Evgeniy If I remember right you picked up a nice one too! Victor also! Good days... Sadly the show is but a shadow of its former self. Very little, if any military is there.  Well for that day we were three kings!

Great thread link there G very very cool stuff still some diamonds out there for sure. I'm not sure but the repro Ss collar tab looks like it was either an Ss junkerschule (Tölz?) or threw in another rune there on the end. Tthe... SSS? (Hey why not, right?)

Hey Evgeniy, s'prazdnikom! or better.."Schastlivogo Rozhdestva!" I will also celebrate on the 25th and again in January with my mother (who refuses to acknowledge Christmas in December... all good- two dinners!)... I am finding the number of Ukraine variations pretty amazing really (why didn't G buy that Kiev ring??!) was there a common enamel color in here? I would have just guessed yellow or blue....

Friends got very badly hurt yesterday in Ukraine. Ukraine is in crisis. People are acting to impeach their President,,one way or another.
Since those who promised to help haven't and there is a news black out the people there will fight to the last and do what they have to.
My wife and I have seen 2 revolutions there in the last 20 years. We're planning a trip soon and as usual I bet we have a interesting time..
GLORY TO UKRAINE!
