No expert here on German headgear, but I have owned some examples and have studied them thoroughly. This one appears to be totally authentic.

Sorry, but for me the wrong and fake RZM tag speaks volumes.

First off it is the wrong style of tag for a hat. It should be more of an oilcloth label. Then the "B" level would be for a simple insignia piece. The printing is also very sloppy with poor definition to the edges The Hersteller # and the serial number should be printed in a different ink color than the rest of the tag (as they were printed at different times). the glue job looks sloppy. overall, the only think that they actually got right is having a 6 digit serial #

So you say that the hat is false only for the label. But the cap in itself as it seems?

Few people would paste a very fake tag on a real kepi IMO
I also do not like the 'edge' that the skull has. I don't like that the chinstrap; it does not have the center "ss style" loop, and the end edge cuts are odd
But here is what I do like:
I like that hat material I like the orange inside (although that seems more SA to me) I like the eagle
The SS Kepis either originals or the traditions one worn after '33 are some of the rarest pieces of 3rd reich headgear out there. I think I have handled one that I can say was 100% authentic. So sadly you have to err on the side of caution and assume guilt until proven innocent. But again that is only my opinion. You asked.

Kepi is 100% fake. Tag is 100% fake.
Skull is one of the "Berlin Hoard" finds, inappropriate to the period.
Eagle may be real.
