Looks fine to me...
I was slightly skeptical about the detail to the teeth, however after studying my examples they are very similar.
If it's reasonably priced and you can get some clearer shots of the mark and rear band I'd go got it.
Hollow separate skull and 'tank track' band are a good start, the wear and patina looks on par too.

hollow skull,,good... Thin band,,good... Would be great to see some solder spots around by the skull,,,but maybe the plating is hiding them...
Sometimes these have a content stamp in them,,ask..
The there should be a join seam.. Maybe its at the back,,where that smooth spot is[?]...
Get more photos IF your really going to get the ring..
