It's most likely a parts dagger because the lower crossguard is stamped "I" and it's on the wrong side of the grip. It is possible that this was a "field upgrade" with a M33 dagger mated to a M36 scabbard, but you would need a photo of the reverse blade and maker mark to confirm this. Unless I'm missing it, I don't see a center ramp screw which might account for it being too high on the scabbard. Overall the photos don't warrant a purchase to me.
