Gents..quick question..A member has asked what to do when he wants to look at another member's previous posts, but gets the message that the member has not made any (either posting or replying) I checked and found the same thing..so..how does one view these topics?  Thanks in advance!

I just put the cursor on your name, clicked the left mouse button, and clicked on "View Posts" at the bottom of the pop-up window. You have 64 pages worth  I'll check a few more members but an example would help.

Just ran through 20 members with from 1 to several thousand posts and they all displayed correctly. Give me an example and I'll check. It could be a link or profile problem for a particular member. Were you logged in at the time?

I've never seen that function work. When I click on view posts, I get the same window as Doug. Says the member has not made any posts ?????

Yes, like JR, it has never worked for me. I click on Vern's name, click to view his posts and it says that he has not made any.

I just clicked on it and immediately found Doug has 64 pages of posts. So this thing is intermittent, or for moderators only?

Hello Vern, perhaps you remember that I have had (and still have) the same problem for a very long time. I think to remember since the last time we all had to sign in for new.

I've gone through the server side permission/access settings and the individual profiles without finding any problems. I've opened a trouble ticket with the forum software support team. Hopefully they can find the problem.

Thank you for the screen shot wotan, that is exactly what I also see and have seen throughout this whole discussion! I haven't been able to read anyone's past posts in years and simply thought I wasn't allowed to anymore, for whatever reason.

No, this feature is available to all registered uses when they are logged in. Tech support is working on it and haven't figured out why it's not working for some members.

Several things have been suggested but nothing has fixed the problem. Still on the active bug list.
