thanks Byzanti. I do not know other than it might be a soldier's ring from Norway - his initials DH or HD maybe. It is marked 830S and has the Magnus Aase mark.

wide band skull ring - 2 piece construction: skull is separate and was added to band, you can tell this. Not sure of mark.
