Hi Everyone,
Pictures of my Army dagger, As usual all thoughts greatly appreciated.
Blade has no maker and Grip is cracked in many places. Unsure about the hanger in regards to it's authenticity.
All the best
Mark

Kind of a mixture of generic fittings on this dagger, looks like all generic B except for the generic A guard. With the patina being a bit different on the cross guard I would guess that it might have been installed to replace a generic B guard that was de-nazified? How is the fit of the guard to the tang of the blade? Hard to say on these unmarked pieces. The hangers look to be fine, nice leather tabbed set that are desirable. Best, Kevin.
It's ALL in the DETAILS!!.......

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for that.
Difficult to say what the fit is like as a previous owner has glued the cracked grip along with everything else. I was going to try and unglue but thought it would be best to leave well alone in case of further breakage,
Regards
Mark
