ok I have found someone asking about this ring back in 2003 and they were told the date was bad and that another member of that fourm had the same ring with the same inscription so it turns out bad like 99% of time ,thanks for all your help I will be saving a trip.

Wes I am pretty new to this, but even I can tell you from these pics...IMHO its not a real SSHR. I don't think a video is going to change that. If you want to buy a repro, there's even a member on this forum that evidently makes some pretty good rings, custom made. Good luck and God bless
