Thru a friend of the forum I obtained this ring. When I first saw it I really didn't know anything about it. The seller said its a WWII era ring, was a fair price and have no reason not to trust him so I blindly bought it!.
Usually Finland has a set of hallmark codes on their jewelry. The code tells the content, city made in, and date. Silver collectors know these codes well. This ring has no code and I have 2 other Finnish rings without a code. From what I get learn seems the years 1933 to 43 you will have some pieces with the code,,and some without the code.

Here is the ring. Finland's 'Patriotic Peoples Movement' ring.

Not actually a 'pro nazi' ring,, they like to call it Anti-Communism. A nationalistic patriotic org. that co operated with the Nazis.
A silver ring. Small size, could be a women's/youths ring. Very good quality, well made. Little bit of low grade gold wash on the chain going around the emblem on cartouche.
Ring only has the silver content stamped in it the typical Finnish grade and stamp of 813H..
These other 2 wartime rings don't have any hallmark stamps in them either.
Anybody out there with a Finland Nazi era ring?

Some real nice ones. The last ones is a IKL-party (far right finn party) ring. I think not so often seen  While doing a researching last weeks in the finn direction in a other ring pattern, i have see 2 or 3 of them. Nice rings, and links(?) Didn't see any at the SOS, Finnish or polish. Saw 2 maybe-category kantine rings, but they looked more maybe not than maybe yes. Lots of random US rings, a few ok trench rings...and andy had the ss tks. Lots of repros though as andy said, nothing worth having, kind of disappointing. Also one very little imperial patriotic pinky ring, not too bad, just the diagonal colors...guy wanted 295...I am assuming he meant roubles. Kept on walkin. Nice stuff Odal.

yeah I am 2 rings short now from my first photo posted but they went to very good homes!
Finn. rings are cool to collect. Good quality, fine enamel work. Most wartime examples are hallmarked with a city where made, material content and the date! Many have dedicated engravings in the band.. And you can see they are military from one quick look usually. Finns had the Winter war [where they fought the Soviets]and directly after the Continuation war. Do a couple internet searches, some pretty interesting stuff!
When I was checking into mine they were military clubs, or from specific unit, and even from a high school patriotic military club.. They are nice additions to a wartime ring collection..

2 more finnish rings. I would say finnish/german friendship. One (swas and finnish lions) is brass - i have seen this pattern in silver with period hallmarks too. The other (swas and oaks) is in silver with very nice period hallmarks. Sorry the bad pics

Odal that might be the best inside band shot I've ever seen. And Gaspare is right, rings are hard to photograph... Outstanding! Do tell, is it on a glass or reflective surface with flash? (I'm thinking this might need to go in the "how to best photograph rings" section of our forum!) really gorgeous, well done my friend! (Look at those hallmarks!!!)

Ok friends. Now i got for 100 % sure the meaning of this "UH"-mark. It stand for the finnish word "Uusihopea" that means "Neusilber" or in english "German silver / nickel silver".

Nice research Odal! I was digging and digging on that mark, and just gave up... Uusihopea! Neusilber, excellent! I was about 100% sure it wasn't sterling after wearing it around as g suggested...my finger was itchy, probably because of the nickel content...thanks again, Odal.

Hello Collectors, The following Finnish ring has just arrived. Images added. Rings are not the strongest area for me, so I ask for help with identification. I don't know anything about this individual. Could any enthusiast tell me what this ring is ? The ring contains the following information: Velj.S - 813H - M6 / 1941 - J S Manufactured by Veljekset Sunqvist Silver content 813 Production Year M6 = 1941 I hope someone of you knows the answer to this mystery  Regards Rainer

Apparently the ring has been given after WW2 to someone as a gift: "Hotellet 24.6.1951- KL.12"
24.6 = Finnish Midsummer Celebration Day

Welcome to the forum..
Well the M-6 is the right code for 1941... Many times these rings are for military units, OR,,military type schools ..
With the engraving I'm sure with a little research you'll find some answers..
- It's a period ring though and has the nice clear Finnish hallmarks.... Very nice collection you have!...,G.

I think that your supposition is the most likely to be correct.
Rainer is a good guy and he has helped me find many of the new Finland related items that I have been showing on GDC in the past 6 months. He is very knowledgeable and helpful to guys, like me, who know very little about the mighty Finnish fight against Russia before and during WWII.
I have only one Finnish pin, one with Petsamo, the old map and a black bear.
Always looking for Eickhorns and etched bayonets.
