I picked this piece up at a local coin show this past weekend. I really love the dark etch.

Strange type of coin this dagger....LOL! Nice dark grip and a nice dark scabbard. Awesome piece Dutchman!

David Malsch is a rare maker. Mine also has a dark etch. However, your grip looks almost like an Aesculap lacquered grip. Mine does not.

Nice find Matt in great condition still retaining some of the laquer on the grip. Gruppe Mark "Franken" are not as common as they used to be. Very Nice.

@ Skyline...equally beautiful..and great cross grain . These are what craftsmanship are all about .:)
