Here is an Alcoso etched bayonet.Could you tell me your opinions about the bayo?And what do you thing about this etch type?

This etch pattern can be found in Wayne Techet's book on page 174A on a Holler marked bayonet.

Holler prduced etches for other makers, includig Alcoso. So, I see nothing wrogn with this etch on an ACS marked blade.

Thanks a lot John! But what do you think about the hilt? It's non-magnetic with earlier type of grip plates and rivets. Is this OK?

From the pictures, the hilt doesn't look like it has been messed with to my old eyes.

I would say ok.

I have the same neutral etch on a Alcoso, and as John said its fine on that maker.
