It looks like a sa engraved Sturm 35 number 460

The number looks to be 35 480. Sorry to report that I am unable to identify this SS Mann at this time. Still adding SS numbers to my database base every week and I never know what I will find. Hi Ross,
Recently I was able to ID one from the Dienstaltersliste. The man was a Sturmbannfuehrer stationed in The Hague in the Netherlands.
